Want to build muscle, working out three times a week.

Front Dumbbell Raises 4 Sets 10 reps
Standing Lateral Raises 4 sets 10 reps
Overhead Dumbell Raise 4 Sets 15 reps
Seated Dumbbell Curls 4 Sets 10 reps
Hammer Curls 4 sets 10 reps
Dips 4 sets 15 reps
