I weigh 145 pounds. I have a very low energy level. I was wondering if there is anything I can do to increase my energy level.

What are you eating? That might be what is making you feel tired.

Are you getting enough sleep? I believe the recommended amount of sleep you should get throughout the night is 8-10 hours.
