dare I say...superman?

lol....lift a back of a car?

you came to the right place ....

start eating high protein/complex carb diet with some healthy fats......

To gain weight try eating something like 18-25 calories per pound...probably the upper end for you....so if you try eating 25 calories per lb at 115 that should come out to 2875 calories per day....

of which you need to try to get 150-200grams protein...
try to eat healthy fats (virgin olive oil, nuts, avacadoes, flax seed oil, etc) try maybe 50-80g

rest should come mostly from complex carbs(sweet potatoes, yams, brown rice, etc)

directly after a workout eat protein with simple carbs(white rice, potatoes, pasta...)

eat 8-10 meals a day....most of which will be snacks(small sandwich, bag of trail mix, protein bar, handful of nuts, etc)...and maybe 3-4 main meals(breakfast, lunch, dinner)....try to distribute your calories fairly evenly...with more calories consumed during the 3 main meals...

start doing a lifting program...train in the 4-8 rep range...doing exercises, like squats, deadlifts, rows, pull ups, sit ups, dips, etc....search for programs...train 4 days a week...

try to cut down on cardivascular exercise if you're very active...

Since you said you have very little appetite, you might get your thyroid checked.
