Just wanted to say Hi to everyone and I love the site, especially how easy it is to look up so many different excersizes per muscle group. I also like the idea that the set keeps track of your logs.
I do have one problem or question. I would like to create my own workout program and have it set up to log which excersize I done that day, I don't want to follow any of the current regimes. Is it possible for me to do that? If so, how?
I just joined also - I was wondering the same thing - different exersices for different days. I can't figure it out. I don't think we can set up our own program. I combine this site with my workout regime on Fitness Blender.
