YAY! I haven't had a bicycle since I was a kid. I racked up enough rewards points on my credit card to get a bicycle for free! It should arrive in 3 to 4 weeks. I'm hoping it's a good one! It's a Jeep Comanche X. The information on it says...

You'll love it ... I just got a new bike too. Well okay, I bought it at a rummage sale for 10 bucks, but it's a real nice schwinn.

Cool! Since my running partner fractured her foot I'm thinking about taking my bike out for a tune up. She'll be able to ride a bike again much sooner than she'll be able to run. I haven't ridden it in years so we can both fall on our butts together!

Good for you Gwindalyn...You will find it excellent for cardio providing you keep the speed up, and enjoy it for relaxation also. Your butt will be sore after the first long ride, but it will get better. We did 35 k yesterday along the canal and river, was really nice.
