I'm 16 and weigh 120 lbs. I would really like to gain some muscle weight, but I don't have access to a gym and my dad gave away all our free weights a couple of years ago. I have a high metabolism so sitting around the house all day (like I do everyday) doesn't cause me to gain any fat weight. What I would really like are some suggestions on exercises I could do to gain muscle basically all around (thighs, biceps, triceps, abs, everywhere).
