I am 5'10 and 155lbs. I recently lost alot of weight and although i am at an acceptable weight for my height i would really like to get down to between 135-139 lbs. I am on a low carb diet and that is how I lost the weight in the first place but it is like i have hit a plateau i stopped losing the weight and i am stuck at 155. I exercise but not faithfully anymore since school and i work two jobs on top of it. I have alot of toning to do and i would like to stick to the low carb diet any advice on how to achieve my goals of being firm and tone and 135lbs? Please help i really need it

For the weight you are and the height, I believe you are at a good weight. I wonder how sick you would be at 135 pounds. If you do ever get to 135 pounds I'm sure you would look painfully thin. Be careful eh.
Any girls out there at 5' 10'' 135 pounds wishing to comment if this weight is a bit low to go?

I'm not a girl with that kind of stats, but I also think that you will be pretty thin and kinda ugly if you were like that. I'd be worried.

go for a run before school....wake up an hour before...and go for a short run...do this 3-5 times a week
try eating more fibrous food....and drink more water
also hit the weights 2-3 days a week...30-60 min...circuit training..

Run in the snow. I live in KANSAS and I see runners everyday, they don't seem to be bothered by the snow.
