Iam 14 almost 15, Male, 5 11' 130lbs. I'am really skinny and have been wanting to change that for a while but was preocupied or didnt have the organization or knowledge to do it. I need to know what diet and what kind of weight lifiting program I need in order to put on some weigh even if its a little fat I could care less. I have an extremely fast metabolism, some days I eat non-stop junk food and nothing comes of it. I have a weight lifiting bench, barbell, dumbell, 200lbs of weight. Food wise i can tell my mom what I can get but when I go to school iam limited to the lunch their. Im broke as a mofo so I cant afford supplements at all. Any help whatso ever would be greatly appreciated.
You could try the mass building program here at FT. I hear it's very good. Anyways, diet wise youre going to want to up your calories seeing as how you have a fast metabolism, youre going to need to eat alot of clean carbs and good protein lean meats/tuna/etc. In order to put on a pound of muscle a week, you have to intake 500 calories more each day so you have energy to add the muscle. You really don't need any supplements, except persay a multivitamin, to stay fit or healthy. Protein supplements are used after a workout because of their fast absorbing trait.
