Well i am a athlete (taekwondo) i train 3days a week a hard concentrated training and the other 4 days i just work on my body u will propably say u will need to take a day off but this is and i have nothing to do exept training , anyway i want you guys to help me make my own nutrition programme for the next tow mounths , i will be gratefull if u are ok with that leave me some advices or give me time a can find you so we can discuss this deeply thank you (for guys who wanna help me because they think i am a girl well i am not so if u willing to help me for good or no thank you very much)
