can anyone who's used this supplement tell me if it really is as effective as the ad claims it is?

made me sweat alot lol iwas always hot lol i was wearing shorts and tshirt in 35 degree weatherlol, as for fat loss i dunno? never had my body fat done b4 or after it.......as for the ads, the rule for these adds says it must be safe for humans and it has to atlest" work" for one person before it can be marked thats it. even some still aren't safe thats y theres a disclaimer on it

I've used it. It made me hot and dizzy. What a waste of money...I felt sick from it so I didn't take it consistantly so I never noticed any results from it. It's just best to focuse on diet and exercise...any possible gain from a pill won't last.

wow! i guess your experiences(bigandrew and taurie)are certainly going to weigh heavily on whether or not i should try this product. i've used an EAS product before that i thought worked well for me..not that i needed to lose that much bodyfat. it all boils down to having and keeping a consistent, sensible eating habits...

If you want a fat burner, get some Clenbutrx. Just make sure to start out on a low dose.

hydroxycut with ephidrin i thought was amazing....it worked incredibly well....ya it felt like i was hot all the time and my pulse was a lil excited most of the time but i lost serious pounds using it....just don't drink because you will have a hangover form hell
