A good exercise routine, coupled with a low fat, low sugar diet, one that allows you to eat six times aday, with a lot of lean meat, vegetables, fruit, pasta and grain goods. A good cardio like walking, or riding a bike. A good attitude, and most importantly, a desire to take the time to attend to your goal to be in shape. Cheers
