I'm a new mom who in the first 6 months of breastfeeding. My diet plan is 4300 cal but only 53 g fat. No matter how healthy I eat I cant seem to keep my fat intake in check while eating enough calories to satisfy my daughter. Any advice?

Try something that will work for you and your daughter and that will keep the both of you healthy!

I have had had 6 full term pregnancies and after the last two children I have seen the most need to exercise. BUT my baby is under 6 months old so I am playing it safe. I rememver after my 2nd baby I started exercising to soon and dieting and my mild started getting watery and blueish. There was less fat in it... so I sill exercised, BUT I didn't diet. I just didn't eat late at night.

I eventually lost the weight AND the baby was nice and plump (something mommy DIDN'T want to be!) =)
