um I think maybe 65lbs or so...maybe not positive...what do you use it for?

sometimes shrugs & I wanna do a few deadlifts with it. I saw in one of you other posts you did deadlifts with it before. Is the hexabar good for deadlifts?

I did in high school, only cause I had too, puts most of the stress on your legs though. Straight bar hits the lower back and hams better.....like its soposed to. Its easier in the hexa bar too.......easly do 100lbs or more on it deadlifting
