My sister bought a pair of bodyfat monitoring scales about 2 months ago. This morning they told me I weighed 130 pounds. I thought I wasn't completely standing on them so I got back on and it told me I was at 127. The last time I weighed myself I was 150 pounds. Yes, I just finished my period which gave my former 144 pounds a jump up to 6, but I'm not sure what's going on with the scales. How often does one need to change the batteries in scales? I'm sure we threw out the directions a long time ago...

Now might be a good time. There also might be a calabrition screw or nob to zero the scale. Or just leave it and enjoy the wieght loss.

make sure it at the same spot on the floor everytime, a slight incline or decline while change your body posistion forward or back, making you heavier or lighter. I only weigh in the mornings after breakfast. Few times a week. Maybe at night if I was "bad" that day. Body fluciates alot, from water loss, digestion, after workouts, and yes periods, for the ladies.

Change the batteries, if it is electronic. I had the joys of seeing my bf drop to 7 and my weight go really low. Changed the batteries and back to reality.
