I'm a female, 122 pounds and I'm 18... The problem is I used to be 100 pounds, then I started to add on to 110 and then to 120 then lately I've added up to 122.. I mean, I've tried the chewing gum and I've stopped all the snacks(thanks to all those from ft who helped), but I still gain weight everynow and then
I've done workout and all that...
Does anyone have something seriously foolproof?
And yes, I admit it, I have gone and goofed off a lil on my diet and just eat an extra cup of yoghurt.. but that's it..

A couple of things come to mind
1. If you are putting on muscle, you will gain weight. Do not watch the scales as much as your body fat %. You can also judge simply by how your pants fit.
2. There is a misconception that if you dont eat you will lost weight. By not eating, you will send your body into starvation mode which will prevent you from losing weight as rapidly as you would like. Eat a healty diet, the key word being "eat" Balance is the key
Good Luck!

For losing fat you'll need cardio to be a large part of your exercise regime. Not eating isnt healthy fsdsk gives damn good advice check your body fat % maybe boost your cardio and eat a balanced diet
