I had an accident at work on Friday, resulting in bruising to my fore arms, bashed knuckles, which led to swelling and stiffness, doc strapped up my right arm (this one took the brunt of it) and told me to rest it for two to three weeks, what i was wondering was what to do about my home training until my arm is better, i can't do push ups, lats, curls etc, but i can still do crunches, squats and calf raises. Any advice would be welcome.

Stick to lower body exercises, and when you get back to normal, start off with therapeutic resistance by using 1-2lbs, just to get the movement back and the muscles working again.
Hope your feeling better soon. Get well.:)
