flabbygabby Hi people, I' a 6'6 1/2 female weighing in at 160 pounds...of flabbiness right now. I've lost twenty pounds in the last four months so I'm really trying to shed this extra layer of fat off my stomach, thighs, and calfs and get lean and toned!I do eat less than 1000 caloories a day on most days but I've been aiming for about 1500 to 1800 for the last week, I feel like I'm pigging out but I don't want to lose muscle but gain it! I've been athletic all of my life and I've always had defined chisled muscle so this flabbyness is new to me. Can anyone help me lose the fat and keep the muscle while still reaching my goal of 145? Oh and I lost boobage, will they come back if I start eating again. Last year this time I was ten pounds heavier I gained ten lbs second semester, with the measurements of 36 DD, 25, 40. Now I'm 36 DDD but my boobs look smaller :/, 29!, 40 what am I doing wrong!? A couple of weeks ago it was a 27 and I felt so close to my goal. Now that I'm eating I think I'm gaining inches but not weight, and that's all over. Because on the 30th I was 165, but there's more fat today than there was then? Help me y'all. LoL
