Hi all im 41 I weigh 164 and Im 5ft 3inches.All my life until I hit 35 I weighed 103, the weight is slowly building.I was recently put on blood pessure meds, this weight is really taking a toll.Im currently unemployed actively looking tho, but basically Im sedentary.i do not like any form of exercise and now with this weight I have to learn to like it.I dont know to try atkins, count calories, ?? what?? I have never been on a diet, and I dont know where to begin.I cant wait to have a waistline again.This weights affects my whole life.I dont even desire to date, looking this way.Any suggestions would be so appreciated.:)

Hello...why don't you try the nutritional plans on FT...most people say they work great.
As for the exercise, you'll just have to slowly learn how to like it...it'll get fun if you change it up often. Another suggestion is that you have a friend that will help you accomplish your goals and keep you on track. Compete against this certain person for a prize or something (this is what my parents do and they seem to do pretty good at it)
