Hey everyone just found this site, and was really impressed!  I am intermediate weight lifter, but am advanced in terms of sports conditioning.  I am actually looking for some advice on burning fat without losing muscle.  Just browsing the site the full body circuit training really caught my eye.  but only 20 reps per lift? any advice?
