I just joined, so Im not sure how this really works, Im just clicking around to see. But I think its a sort of support group to work out. I have always been like, Im going to exercise, yeah! for maybe 2 months, and then I stop going to the gym and eating unhealthy. This time though, Im trying to stay in track and reach my goal !
