help me with food!

Hi,

Can anybody give me some advice on what to eat? Can u give me examples of what i should eat for breakfast, than second meal and so on. Because they say that food counts for 50% of your training, so I would like to get my food right. I want to lose fat and gain muscle but don't we all!

Hey Siggie.. you are not alone.

here is a sample.. amounts will vary on your bodyweight and bf%..

Meal 1:
- 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs
- Oatmeal

Meal 2:
- Protein shake
- Apple or fruit

Meal 3:
- Chick or steak
- Brown rice
- Vegetables

Meal 4:
- Chick or steak
- Brown rice
- Large salad

Meal 5:
- Cottage Cheese

Remember to drink plenty of liquids, get 8-10 hours of sleep a night and add a multivitamin in there as well.

There are several good books out there,i.e. Creavalle's, that can help with your diet setup. A lot of this is hit or miss as to what you like. Get you nutritional goals in hand and then set out to meet those with the foods you like to eat. Some changes may be necessary to accomodate fats,say, but the rest is just adding up those prot,carb,fat needs. I myself like a protein drink an hour or so before bed. Water as Arnold said is a biggie as protein is water soluble and needed to make muscle.
