i'm 159 cm and 78 kg.
It depends on your age, on your current shape, on your objective and in your motivation.

Next lots of water a day to always be eliminating bad fluids from your body and to keep your system running.
A gym workout wouldn't be bad 3-4 times a week. But if that isn't possible, light cardio workouts are great to start, and than you can develop some personal fitness programs to do at home, there are loads of workouts like that through out the internet and even on this site.
It's important that you commit to getting in shape, motivation is a key factor.
And one important tip: don't eat right beofre going to bed, that kills any diet you want to accomplish.
