I am a 30 yr old woman that used to wiegh 110 lbs now I weigh 182 lbs. I gained most of my weight when I got pregnant with my daughter who is now 7 yrs old.
I am a single mom that plays both mom and dad to my child so I am very busy and I usually dont get much time for me. My daughter is disabled too.
I need all the help I can get as far as loosing weight. I have tried to loose weight before but I seem to only loose about 10-20 lbs and then I gain it back. Anyone have any advise on how to loose weight and keep it off?
I know this may be not what you want to hear and I know all your time is taken by your daughter, but the only thing that I have found that will help you lose weight and keep it off is a healthy eating life style and excercise routine. Hope you find a happy medium between your tasks to take time for you!
