Last night I was craving a cheesburger, really bad. I was about to leave at 9 pm just to get one. Well, my husband felt he needed more beer (he is an alcoholic). We kind of figured we would both break. I was going to go out get him beer and of course, get me a cheeseburger. I got out of my jammies and put some jeans on. Then he said, "It's late, let's just try to go to sleep." That was it.
The support I have always hoped for from him has actually started to happen.
He sat there and watched my disturbed face as I craved and almost caved. But I did it! And so did he! Whoop Whoop!!

Congratulations!

Now try to focus on how good you feel about not caving in.
Any time you feel tempted again, think back to how you feel just now, conquering your cravings.

Well done both of you :)

Congrats. I think.

I make fun of others to compensate for my low self esteem. It works.
