DOES ANYONE HAVE IDEAS ON HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT, I WOULD LIKE TO GO FROM 225 TO 120 POUNDS? iVE TRIED SOME DIETS AND DIETING PILLS ALONG WITH EXERCISE BUT NEITHER WORKED

Not trying to be sarcastic but there are many thousands of posts on here that will make it easier for you to post a more specific question. You'll get all the help you need on here but you need to do a little leg work on your own first.

Am it takes consistancy and time.....how serious are you? this will take you around 2 years of healthy eating/exercising/sleeping, etc to accomplish your goal....fitness is for life...
