Hello i'm overweight and been trying to lose it but nothing seems to work i have started eating well and doing some cardiao 3 times a week but the fat just wont come off i really need some advice???

Can you do cardio 5 days a week and incorporate weight training? Big plus.

In my opinion you should be doing cardio 5 days a week probably around 65-75% of your MHR for 25 minutes each session. anybody disagree?

I would agree , stay at 65% for about the 1st 4 weeks then move it up. I am a big fan of the eliptiacal machine (crosstrainer) as it uses up alot of energy. Follow that up by a good resistance routine from here on ft and you will do ok.
