My name is Sara, I have recenly enrolled in the miliarty and will be starting my training in May. I have to be able to do so many pushup, situps and pullups. I currently am not able to do any pullups, but I hope to be able to build a workout that will allow me to do pullups. Any advice on what kind of workouts would be great.
