I'm a yo-yoer but this last weight gain has been much more than in the past. So much so that I'm fairly reluctant to set foot in a gym when others are present. I have a gym in my apartment complex and I'm able to see when nobody is in there.

Unlike in the past, I really don't have a whole lot of motivation to get back into the swing of things. Usually if I notice I've put on some weight, I just get back to the gym and work it off without a thought. Now I don't want to go, but I'm as big as when I was 9 months pregnant so I know I need to get back.

I just really don't want to. I eat fruits and vegetables, but I also drink soda and eat things that I shouldn't. I was wondering if anyone else has a motivation issue like me?
