PLease i need help with the weight on my inner thighs my brother is a personal trainer but he is barely home to help me, he says he will but he never gets to it. I NEED HEP NOW!!!!! I am only 14 and i have large thighs and flabby inner upper arms.Please help me with a exercise plan to get rid of this!

Well what you need to do first is calm down! lol just kidding.
On the serious side, no exercise is going to get rid of that unwanted fat alone. What you need to do to achieve your goal is get on a calorie depriving diet. Do a search on Fitbuddy at the bottom of the page and check out the Grocer list for Bodybuilders. (it's not only for bodybuilders) It is a common misconception that we (people) can spot reduce fat from a certain part of the body. It is not possible. The body doesn't work that way. If you want to lose weight from those certain parts of your body, you'll have to lose weight from all over your body. However, you can tone the muscle around the area with resistance training. As annoying as it is, you gotta just do the cardio. then do some resistance training, weight lifting etc. If you tone up, you'll look slimmer, and the muscle burns calories faster. You will need to cut calories, but don't do too many at once. Ease into it, or you body will switch into starvation mode. Also-if you do swimming or yoga for strength training, you won't get bulky

good, i dont need to get bulky..eww i hate big wemon lol the realy scare me w/ all that muscle lol....no affence if your one of those body building wemon.
