i'm 15 years old, 5'4 and 47 kilos. I'm well under the recommended weight for my height, and my height is well below average. My dad is 5,10 and my mum is 5,4. My brother is 5,11/6ft.

However I don't think I am growing at the same rate as my brother did, but I do have a healthy diet and eat the right amount, and exercise. I need some advice on how to gain height and weight as quickly as possible, or to get the maximum height from my genes.

Thanks, please reply or email at joshmohoboob@hotmail.com

Pixie dust?
Seriously I don't think anything but time will help you grow. My father was 5'1 at 15 and by 25 he was 6'3 (and still is 6'3.) I don't know much about steroids or those type of things but I would think staying away from those until you are fully grown is a good idea. As far as lifting I'm sure someone else will be able to tell you if it will stunt your growth...I have no clue. So be patient and realise you are just starting to grow into being a man!

i saw in another post Wrestler say

" eat. lift. sleep. repeat.

I believe credit for that plan goes to Ron."

Train hard! Eat Well.
And yes time will only make you grow its only natural the time will come i doubt you will be stuck on 5"4 for the wrest of your life.
