FT have gave me a nutritional plan, but ims tuglling with it. it is:

Protein 150 g
Carbohydrates 420 g
Fats 54 g
Total Calories 2690

I can easily get that much fat but, nothing else. So what can i get that is rich in protein, carbs, and calories? without any supplements. thank you

my dailys are even higher that that jayvee, and i havent even reached eating your level yet for some of them. it takes time and a clean diet to reach those goals, you cant just go overnight to hitting your daily nutritional requirement from your regular diet. it takes time, so take it slow and in increments.

there must be something healthy you like.. pb and j sandwiches? great source of healthy fats and carbohydrates.. milkshakes? mix up a flavored protein drink for a ton of your daily protein.. the possibilities are endless. check out the nutrition forum for other good food sources, and be creative mixing them all up. theres a ton of recipes on this site to try too, you dont have to restrict yourself to tuna everyday, etc.

protein: milk, cheese, any fish, nuts, soy, poultry, eggs, lean meats, whey protein powders, high protein nutrition bars....

carbs:(try to eat more of the complex kind...)....sweet potatoes, yams, lentils, brown rice, buckwheat, etc

and throw in some simple carbs on top...like potatoes, pasta, etc..
