I just thought i'd bring an exercise to your attention (unless you already do it of course) that i rarely see people do. Pullovers. I generally use a hammercurl bar (palms facing each other) although i'm sure you can use dumbells as well. I find it to be one of the best upperbody workouts i've done in a while and i never see anyone else do them. They're hard at times yet work so well, especially on your back and lats. If you're unsure about what i am talking about i am sure they have a description on this site. I find it is easier to understand with pictures. I just thought i'd let you guys know incase you're getting weary of the same old back workouts.:dumbbell::dumbbell:
