With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
I am leaving on thursday night and will be returning monaday and plan on working out thursday morning before i leave. The thing is i just started my mass program and it's a friends birthday this weekend so plan on doing some drinking and i'm not to sure how much i will be able to eat but i'm sure eating healthy won't be a problem but sleep and what not will. How detrimental to my goals with this weekend be? Should i not even bother working out any more this week?
Don't beat yourself up about it. Just pick it back up when you get back. You will find that stuff like that happens to everyone. Heck, it will probably increase your motivation and you'll be fired up to get back to it. If it makes you feel better do some pushups, dips, chins, etc. Go and have fun.
