Im 18 and I weigh bout 140-145 lbs what should I do to gain muscle for boot camp? Im a beginner so....

I recommend going to a book store and picking up the Navy SEAL Physical Fitness Guide edited by Patricia A. Deuster. It is a great book for individuals like you going into the military. I believe it costs only 9 dollars and you will find in very informative.

Push-ups, push-up, and more push-ups. Oh and run...alot.

In the Marine Corps, they made us do tons of sit-ups, push-ups, running and general calesthenics. I don't imagine the Army doing any less.

Why don't you sign up for a mass gaining FT program? That will help you get started...
