i'm 5'7 and i weigh 186 lbs but it's not all muscle. i used to be stocky and thin, but i went about it the wrong way. i hardly ate for three months and worked out twice a day and went to jiu jitsu. i lost about 50 lbs of fat in that short period of time. i know it's not healthy but it worked. it's been a year and a half since, and i've gained half of that weight back. i still have muscle but i'm getting chubby again. what should i do and how do i cut fat AND build muscle.
