I am 40yrs old and 5'3 starting on the high protien low carbs program with a work out program not quite as east as it us to be. My goal is to lose body fat and not gain to much mucscel. But my body builds very fast on muscel for some reason so I am doing more cardio than weight training. Any sujestion or advice would be great. I am also looking for food group and there contents. Such as fat, protien, carbs, etc. And what are some good fiber foods to eat
