I have heard some claims that flaxseed can curb the appetite and make you feel fuller between meals

Can anyone shed some light on this? And if true,then just how much does one person need per day.

I do know that flaxseeds are an excellent source of unsaturated fats and has some cosmetic benifits as well as heart benifits. However, I am not positively sure if they curb your appetite so I dont want to make the assumption

It has had no impact on my appetite. I would have noticed. Since I am still trying to gain, it would be a problem for me. May have affected others differently.
