With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
Mercola's got some good stuff...but he is occassionally a little odd. From what I saw he doesn't say "don't drink milk"...just don't drink Homogenized and pastuerized milk products, but maybe I missed something.
I'm on his mailing list but don't usually watch these videos...just read his stuff.
