Lower your fat intake and increase your protein. Do dumbbell flat press 4 sets of 16 - 14 - 12- 10 be sure to increase the weight as you move forward. Do inclined Dumbbell presses. 4 sets of 16 - 14 - 12 - 10 increase weight as you move forward. Do flat barbell presses 6 sets of 12 - 10 - 8 - 6 - 4 - 2 be sure to increase your weight as you move forward. Do this twice a week for 12 weeks and you will see great gains.
