I'm fifty one tired of running my feet hurt my knees my hips. I gain weight lower part of my body if I don't run but I'm very thin now I look terrible. My husband would like me to be fuller with a shape. What can I do? Would weights and walking up hill fast work I also do exercise tapes with weights and cardio. I really am sick of running

I can't run but I bought an elliptical machine, so together with weights and walking I hope to meet my fitness goals.. Of course I am also watching what I eat and portion sizes!

Does the elliptical help keep saddlebags down and your bottom? Do u do it everyday I have been trying to alternate days with weights walking other days running , since I'm in my fifties now I better stop running they say its not good for women anyway.

I am trying to do the elliptical 3 days a week, trying real hard not to go at it too hard and get sore cause then I quit! I can see no reason why it wouldn'm't target saddle bags. I believe you get the same benefits of running but without the high impact!

No sorry that's ok I was just wondering that's what I thought this site was trainers helping people not your fault. Getting in shape is never easy I have been doing it a long time push myself to hard. I let up now and feel much better still run every other day then on the days I don't run I do weights. I found this amazing program that I take now has given me so much energy called isagenix if u would like to talk about it I could sign up.
