OK this is really odd. Four weeks into it now I am having some serious hot flashes. I know women get them but i am a guy lol what the heck is going on. A guy here at work said that it could be my metabolism reving up. I am wondering if I need to buy a fan or go see the doc.

Are you staying hydrated? I have heard that hot flashes in men are unusual, however, one the guys here at the station told me that he suffed with them for a while while training. His doc told him that they could be caused by Niacin (meds or products that have it) or build up of excess hormones in the thyroid, so on and so forth. He chose to clear his his routine of mass assisting supplements instead of seeing an endocrinologist and they went away. I hope you find an answer soon. Good luck!
