i recently started my new diet program and training, but recently ive felt bigger, and my muscles look like they are getting bigger, but it seems like im not slimming down..is that normal? thanks
Don't know how long you have been working out, but doing weights will make you gain more muscle which does has more weight then fat. You could always do a test to determine your fat % or simply see if you are droping any inch off waist etc. Diet will also be key to slimming down if not the number one key to your fitness.
