Feedback on my deadlift??

I did the powerlift for the first time tonite at 195lbs 5 sets of 3 reps...I've been weight training for about a month and my bench is only 105 with 4 sets of 10reps...How do you think i'm progressing and any tips??Hows that deadlift for my first time??

Well every body has to start some where. 195 is not bad for a start with the deads. With your bench 10 reps is out of the range most power lifters would work at. There is really no way to tell you your progression because we dont know where you started. But keep it up!!! keep the weights high and the reps low. And read the posts in this forum they are chalked full of good info. Train hard - Mike

Well i started out low with about 75lbs to get the form down right but started putting on more weights on...So your saying lowering the reps and more weight would work best??I'm also 5'11 155lbs rite now...

usualy a 10 rep is a warm up for a "powerlifter" most reps are under 6 for strength
