I'm 30 yrs old, 6'2" I workout with weights 5 days a week and do 10-30 min of cardio before my weights. (30 min usually 4 days a week) My ft nutritional plan calls for 31g of fat, my breakfast this morning gave me 30g of fat alone. I had 3 eggs scrambled whole wheat english muffin and a fat free yogurt? Am I getting the right fats I need, and should count the ft fat plan as just saturated?
