I'm not a fitness trainer or nothing and i'm kind of new here but the best thing so far I have used is Animal Cuts by universal nutrition, but as you probably know diet is truely the key. I am not sure it the product was that much better or if I just was determined when I was taking it to eat right cause I didn't want to waste my money. I haven't tried hydroxycut though but I have tried hot rox, and xenadrine 8 hr. power. It seems like the cuts give me more motivation but I also believe everyone is different, so it may or may not be better for you. As far as your amino acids, I don't know if I would recomend creatine with some fat burners cause creatine stores water in your muscles and some fat burners such as animal cuts removes the water out. Glutamine might be a good idea if your trying to lose weight quickly cause if you lose it quick you take the risk of losing muscle without the support of the animo acids. I myself just stick with plently of protein mixes cause they have a lot of amino acids in them and you don't have spend the extra money on glutamine. I do recomend creatine any time your not using the fat burners though. If taken properly with a good diet I really think it helps build muscle which speeds your metabolism up. If you eat to much though beware you can gain a lot of weight using it.

First of all thank you nikilind and barneydufus.

I could not edit my profile so I will post my info here.

Male, 26 yrs ( after 5 hours - (22-7-1979)).
112.5 kg (247 lb), 182 cm ( 6 ft ).

My problem is that I can loss more than 6 kg in a week but once I stop the diet I will gain it back in two days only so I loss and gain very fast and I do not waant to live my life in a diet.

Thanks again guys.
