today i started working out in gym and when i was lifting a wieght then my facial muscles getting lifted automatically (muscles just beside the nose opening). i tried stopping them but i was unable to do it, it just keeps on lifting up when i lift any wieght. So is it ok with that or i should try lifting lighter wieghts??...

I don't think it's a negative thing at all, just a personal trait. Either way, it's completely natural. We all have our own idiosyncracies that make us unique.
The bottom line is, the more you exercise and the healthier you get, the more positive you'll feel in general as your body becomes healthier and stronger. In your case, you'll build an incredible smile at the same time!
