With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
Cardio....remember that Spot reducing is a Myth. So if you want to loose Fat, whether it be on the Butt or the Gut :laugh: You need to loose weight, so up your Cardio, and watch your diet :cool:

If your bodyfat is really that low, I wouldn't worry about that fat in the rear. The only people who will notice are bodybuilding/fitness comp judges.
