i was looking through a powerlifting supply site and i saw ammonia capsules...i was just wandering if any of yall have taken them and if so do they work...Is their any other stimulates that yall have taken before

you dont ingest them. you sniff them!!! and the energy is created by the intense burning in your nose!!!
