Before I slowed off, I was doing more db presses than bar (bench and shoulder). I had been getting sharp pains below my right trap. Does one give better strength than the other?
I also leaned toward low angle inclines instead of flat for chest. I've seen Menace post that incline gives a better overall workout than flat. Should I do both or stick to incline?

Barbell=can generally use more weight due to less stabilization and less ROM.....so if you are looking for strength...this should be a staple and other stuff like DBs as a change once in a while...
I think it's best to rotate flat and incline(also vary your grips)....I struggle with incline because I need a good spotter to unrack and they are so hard to find at my gym....flat is a bit easier in terms of difficulty and unracking...
