you might as well buy a multi vitamin and some speed......that is about all that diet pills are

fat burners got no multivitamins in them....otherwise they'd be better for you...LOL....

as it is ....they are mostly a waste of time....if all else is not done well...then fat burners can only do so much....

word "fat burner" isn't a good name fore them.....just caffine pills or engery pills. Theydon't actually promote fat loss at all. They just give you the ( artifical) energy to go do somthing to burn calories....which might in a caloric deficit get rid of some fat.

Send me the 50 bucks....I'll pull you behind my car and make you run.....

Wasn't saying they burn fat ba, just stating the people who promote them(caffiene or energy pills) list them as that. The reason I don't believe in them is for just that, they don't burn fat. Just like I've pointed out numerous times, the people you see all ripped in the ads, get that way from diet and exercie. It even states that in small print. very small.

oh mojo, it wasn't pointed toward you, it was just "in general" post.....sorry if it came across as directed to you.

Also.....posted at the bottom of the ads should be " with the help of photo shop"

I'm a graphic arts major, and some of those "adjusted pics" are done badly. Look at the faces how "un tan" they are, but the rest of the body is tan.....or the lighting is off

So true ba, I too apologize if I came off accusive(new word). I especially like the TV commercials that show the disclaimers at the bottom of the screen real small stating the same crap and actors portraying Dr.'s. And then go on to have this happy couple walking on the beach or something lame. Another good one is the guy that is retaining a ton of water and looks all sad in his before pic and after 12 weeks of diet and exercise looks great and he's all smilin', while the advertiser pushes their product. Poor America.
